EPAMOULD 292 A 81 W F40

EPAMOULD 292 A 81 W F40 is a white pigmented polyester based thermoplastic polyurethane with excellent physical and mechanical properties, high crystallisation rate, improved hydrolysis resistance and resistance to oils and greases
We recommend using EPAMOULD 292 A 81 W F40 for injection molding processes, such as production of technical parts. It can also be used for extrusion of timing belts.

Material preparation

EPAMOULD 292 A 81 W F40 is hygroscopic and therefore has to be dried before use. The recommended drying conditions are 2-3 hours at 195 - 210°F in a desiccant dryer.
